What is SoulCollage®?

SoulCollage® is a playful yet profound process of creating personal collaged cards that speak directly to the soul. Using simple materials—images, scissors, glue, and intuition—you'll bring to life the many voices, parts, and inner guides within you.
In each workshop, we’ll combine gentle guided visualization, card-making, and reflective journaling to help you explore a specific theme — from nature-based metaphors like birds, nests, and elements, to deeper inner landscapes like archetypes, personal strengths, and life transitions.
You don’t need to consider yourself an artist or a writer — SoulCollage® is for anyone curious about creative self-discovery and inner guidance. All you need is an open heart and a willingness to explore.
Whether you are seeking clarity, healing, or simply a space to pause and listen to yourself, SoulCollage® offers a way to give voice to what is ready to be seen, heard, and honored within you.

SoulCollage®, created by Seena Frost, MDiv, LMFT, is an intuitive collage process for self-discovery and inner exploration. By selecting and combining powerful found pictures, you can tap into your inner wisdom and imagination. Inner guidance is further achieved through journal prompts, guided imagery, and optional sharing in a supportive community.

Through SoulCollage®, mind, body, heart, and soul come into the present moment. As you create your collage cards new awareness, insights, and a deeper sense of purpose may emerge—offering meaningful connections to yourself, others, and the world around you.

Create Your Own Insight Deck: Explore possibilities of SoulCollage® as a foundation to create a “deck.” Through “found" image selection (cut and paste), intuitive card-making, and reflective journaling, you'll create personal SoulCollage® cards that speak to you from your own experience and inner wisdom. This gentle, imaginative practice is open to everyone—no art experience needed, just a curious spirit and willingness to explore. Some nature-inspired themes:
