Mindful creativity and expressive arts to support reflection, renewal, and growth
“I recently attended a workshop led by Martha, and it was truly eye-opening. In that workshop, I learned how SoulCollage® blends creativity with depth—drawing from Jungian and Internal Family Systems psychology to help you explore your inner world through imagery. We each created a card guided only by intuition, and somehow, every single card reflected something meaningful and personal.”
"I thoroughly enjoyed the creative process. As someone who does not identify as being artistic, the guidance and reassurance received was welcomed and helpful. I felt like I had creative freedom with this support.”
“You’ll be guided to create something entirely your own.”
I offer collaboration and facilitation designed to bring the benefits of mindful creativity into a variety of settings. My work is adaptable and responsive, shaped by the people, context, and purpose of each engagement.
These offerings may include:
Individuals — a supportive, creative process that encourages reflection, clarity, and personal insight.
Arts, clinical, and wellness organizations — expressive arts programming that supports reflection, connection, and well-being.
Groups and staff development — engaging, creative experiences that reduce stress, build connection, and invite new perspectives.
Sessions may take the form of one-time workshops, short series, or ongoing offerings, and often center on collage, guided reflection, and related expressive arts practices. These experiences can be offered one-on-one or in collaboration with organizations.
I am a licensed mental health counselor, and in addition to creative workshops, I am available to offer support-oriented groups or consultation when appropriate. Across settings, the emphasis is on thoughtful, well-held process and responsive programming.
If you’re interested in working together, I welcome conversation about what you have in mind.
